We promote respect for gender equality in all areas of life

We promote respect for gender equality in all aspects of life. Behind every statistic on violence against women, there is a story, a life that has been altered in unimaginable ways. Let's work together to end violence and enable women to live their lives free from fear and harm.

Our

mission

We are a non-profit association founded with the aim of spreading a cultural change to achieve respect for gender equality in all areas of civil, social, family, and work life.

 Our aim

To promote actions aimed at education, awareness-raising, recognition, and achievement of equal opportunities with the goal of combating discrimination, eliminating prejudices, and overcoming stereotypical gender roles and sexism, which create favorable contextual conditions for the perpetuation of male violence against women.

Work, Training and Education

The practice of cooperation and sharing, the habit of active listening, empathy, respect, especially if promoted from a young age, encourage the development of an atmosphere of inclusion, prevent phenomena of discrimination and exclusion, and foster the ability to engage in a relationship where personal strength is not translated or expressed in dominance over others.

Prevention and Safety

Identifying trajectories and improved intervention tools, starting from the legal-administrative plan, in order to strengthen the overall system of prevention, protection, and support for women, as well as the prosecution of perpetrators of violence.

Psychology and Rights

Women's rights are human rights and psychological knowledge is vital for proposing interventions to prevent gender inequalities and support women who are victims of violence and discrimination.

Prevention is better than repression.

Over the years, there is increasingly more talk about violence against women, but never enough. Women have the right not to suffer any kind of violence. They have the right to report, to speak out, and to make their voices heard if this happens. They have the right for aggressors, rapists, to be convicted and called out for what they are. They have the right to demand the end of patriarchy, the end of hate speech, the end of gender-based violence.
